Information Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with our financing bank partners when you explicitly choose a bank-financed payment plan, and only to the extent necessary to process that application.
Data Security: We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or WhatsApp is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment Plans: Bank-financed payment plans (Sterling Bank, Alternative Bank) are subject to each bank's independent approval process, terms, and conditions. YST Energy facilitates the application but does not guarantee loan approval.
Flex Plan Terms: Under our Flex Plan, the remaining 20% balance must be settled within 30 days of installation. A daily interest charge of 1.5% applies to any outstanding balance after the 30-day window.
Warranty: All systems are covered under the terms outlined on our Warranty page. Warranty coverage is void in cases of unauthorized modification, misuse, or damage from external events such as flooding or fire.
Bonus Eligibility: Promotional bonuses (free inverter ACs, promotional videos, free websites) are awarded based on confirmed transaction value at the time of purchase and are subject to availability.
Cancellations: Cancellation terms vary depending on the payment plan selected and the stage of installation. Please contact our team directly to discuss cancellation of a specific order.
Limitation of Liability: YST Energy's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components under warranty terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from power interruptions, business downtime, or third-party equipment damage.
